If a girl gets pregnant after making love with her partner, is it something embarrassing to the parents and race or just nothing in West?

We all are well-aware with the 'teenagers losing their virginity at a very young age' phenomena. The girls make love with their boyfriend before marriage. And some of the teenagers randomly pick a partner -- who is not officially their boyfriend/girlfriend -- to make love.

I'm asking this because I don't know the culture of Westerners. However, in Malaysia, it really is something embarrassing especially when the girl is a Malay. Just so you know, most of the Malays are Muslim and Islam forbids Muslims to make love before marriage. I know many Westerners just don't agree with this law of Islam, but let's don't make it controversial.

I'm only asking about how the Westerners see this occurrence.

You know what, Malaysia is recently hot with the occurrence of the unmarried girls throwing their babies in thrash, river, toilet, etc. Even worse, there are girls dare to burn their babies. I see them as stupid cupids because they only know how to make sex and have fun but they don't know about being responsible towards their own flesh and blood. The government is on its way to find a solution to this problem. Nonetheless, I think it's a ceaseless problem.
